The rehabilitation of this well-known establishment consisted of a complete change from its former appearance. Furthermore, the old garages were fitted out to serve as a dining room.
Taking the circular floor of the main building as the base for the cafeteria, curved shapes were sought for a warm, distinguished atmosphere, but without forgetting its roots. In the decoration and the furniture, elements of contemporary design, mainly in beech wood, alternate with pieces in chestnut, with which an attempt was made to recall the atmosphere of village houses.
